I have participated as a vendor at several wedding expos in the Southern Indiana and Indianapolis region for years now and the Southern Indiana Wedding Expo is the best one I have been involved with for a few reasons.

The locations, planning, marketing to potential customers, and customer service that the event organizers provide are all exceptional. I receive more relevant leads, and have booked more weddings from their shows than I do the rest of the bridal shows combined.

For potential bride and grooms the show is great because a wide variety of vendors from all sectors of the wedding industry are represented. The vendors that I interact with (including my competition) offers professional services and reasonable pricing in relation to their services. It is a great opportunity for pairing couples with the services that they'll want on their big day! It's worth participating in!

Booth Options

We offer various booth options for vendors who want to participate in the Southern Indiana Wedding Expo. Our standard booth package includes an 8x10 space, an 8' table, a white floor-length linen, and two chairs. We also offer premium participant upgrades such as booth electricity, swag bag material handed out to attendees, and additional tables/chairs/linens. Please see below for pricing.
