When we decided to work together, I only had my venue and photographer chosen. SYWPEvents helped with all the other vendors. They did all the heavy lifting and I got to “just show up” for the appointments which was exactly what I wanted to happen. They did all of the communicating with vendors, which made for a lot less stress on my end. They were also my go to for decisions that I just didn’t feel comfortable making. Christina and Michele from SYWPE helped plan our October wedding at The Wilds down to the very last detail, and we are so so grateful for them both! Wedding planning is hard, especially when you aren't originally from the area and have no idea what all goes into planning a wedding. Christina and Michele handled everything from helping us find vendors, planning the little details and logistics, decorating on wedding day, and just being there to listen to our concerns and frustrations throughout the process. I highly recommend Sincerely Yours Weddings and Premier Events to anyone on the edge of hiring a wedding planner. I am an event planner myself so I hired SYWPE just for day-of services and our wedding would not have been so perfect if it were not for them. There is no way I could have done it myself the day of. I worked with Christina throughout the process, and she is very responsive and helps with any questions you may have. They assisted with a run through of our Ceremony the day before and they both also assisted with everything the day of. They arrived early, making sure all vendors were where they needed to be, setting up all of our décor, making sure our bridal party were where they needed to be, checking in on us, making sure we stuck to our wedding timeline, and of course, making sure we were happy and had everything we needed throughout the day. They also helped with clean up after the wedding and made everything so seamless. I did not worry one bit the day of the wedding as I knew they had it under control. I received so many compliments that I hired the best day of help, and it is so true. Sincerely Yours Weddings and Premier Events was a huge part of our wedding, and I could not have asked for a better team to work with and make our wedding day dream come true. Christina truly made our wedding a success! She was incredibly knowledgable, communicative, and kind. Our wedding was in a somewhat remote area, and Christina went above and beyond to make sure our day was flawless -- transporting decorations and gifts, setting up the reception perfectly, and working cohesively with all our vendors. And she did it all even when there was a threat of rain!
We would recommend Christina to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator. She is the best we could have asked for.

I thought I had all the details ironed out when I went through everything with them, but they uncovered so many things that I had never thought of. We planned the wedding ourselves and she was our day of coordinator, and she was AMAZING to work with leading up to the wedding and the day of. I appreciated the thoughtful questions she asked, her upbeat attitude, and her calmness while we planned. She was easily accessible and Aisle Planner was a great resource to keep us in sync in the months and weeks before.
The weekend of the wedding went perfectly. I think any couple who plans their own wedding just wants everything to be what they imagined - she made that happen. Her execution of our wedding day was flawless. I’m the kind of person who likes to run the show and be very involved, but having Christina as our coordinator allowed me to sit back and relax during the day with my favorite women, take in every moment of the ceremony, and have fun during the reception. I never worried once during the whole weekend because Christina had everything under control. She even packed up all of the reception decor so everyone got to fully enjoy the party.
I highly, highly recommend and greatly appreciate Christina!

I cannot imagine what my wedding day would have been without Christina as my day-of-coordinator. Even for the do-it-yourself bride like me I knew I needed a coordinator to help rally my bridal party together and be the single point of contact for all the vendors and guests and all. Even before the wedding day Christina was there with me the whole time. She offered wedding planning tools that made keeping track of guests and gifts a breeze. And she could always steer me in the right direction with any questions or recommendations I needed. She's extremely dependable, always quick with emails and calls. Very creative and attentive to detail too. She had an eye out for where certain decor should be and where things are places and the whole day just looked amazing too. She was keen to keep an eye out on any planning details and deadlines that needed to be met and came up with some creative suggestions as well. Even when you think you have everything planned out and ready, things will 100% come up. Day before my wedding I'm in bed with frantic text messages from various situations. Christina handled all of it and completely took it off my plate so I could enjoy and prepare myself for the wedding. Christina focuses on you. Your vision, your wedding, your guests. Entirely you. You will have an amazing and surprisingly easy wedding day with Christina by your side. I would recommend her to all my friends in Indianapolis. Even if you're a do-it-yourself, don't do it by yourself. You'll thank Christina and yourself for all the precious memories you gain through getting your time and energy back.
