Each year, our team continues to enhance the attendee experience by introducing new interactive features, educational opportunities, and carefully selected wedding professionals. Our goal is to create an inspiring event where couples can confidently connect with trusted vendors and enjoy the wedding planning process.

How many attendees can I expect?
Attendance varies each year, but we typically welcome 50–75 engaged couples and their guests. Because we charge admission, our attendees are generally serious about planning their weddings and actively looking to book vendors. This creates a relaxed environment where exhibitors can have meaningful conversations without the event feeling overcrowded.​

Do you limit the number of exhibitors?
Yes. We intentionally limit the number of exhibitors within each wedding category to create a balanced experience for both couples and vendors. Rather than filling the event with multiple businesses offering the same service, we strive to provide attendees with a diverse selection of trusted professionals while giving each exhibitor greater visibility and more opportunities for quality conversations.

Can I exhibit at both the Bloomington and Evansville expos?
Absolutely! We encourage vendors to participate in both markets to expand their reach throughout Southern Indiana. Many exhibitors choose to showcase their business at both events to connect with couples in different regions and maximize their exposure.

Can I share a booth with another business?
To ensure each business has equal visibility and a professional presentation, we do not allow two businesses to share a standard booth space. However, we do offer affordable cocktail table exhibitor options designed specifically for businesses that may not need a full booth or are looking for a lower-cost way to participate.

Optional upgrades, such as electricity and additional equipment, may also be available depending on the venue.

Do I need to provide a raffle prize?
Yes. Each exhibitor is required to provide a raffle prize with a minimum value of $50. This prize serves as your official Southern Indiana Wedding Expo Show Prize and will be promoted on our website leading up to the event to help generate excitement and encourage attendees to visit your booth.
Attendees will enter the raffle directly at your booth using the official raffle tickets provided by the expo, giving you the opportunity to connect with each participant and introduce them to your business. Raffle winners will be announced at your booth during the event, allowing for a personal interaction when they claim their prize.
You're also welcome to host an additional giveaway, contest, or promotion at your booth for your own marketing purposes. Many exhibitors use this opportunity to collect additional leads, grow their email list, or offer exclusive show promotions. However, the required raffle prize will serve as your official expo giveaway featured in our event marketing.

When does vendor registration open?
Vendor registration for the following year's Southern Indiana Wedding Expo typically opens around mid-July. While the exact launch date may vary slightly from year to year, joining our vendor interest list ensures you'll be among the first to receive registration announcements, early access opportunities, and important expo updates.
Because booth categories are limited to provide the best experience for both exhibitors and attendees, we encourage interested vendors to register early for the greatest selection and availability.

The Southern Indiana Wedding Expo is a carefully curated event.
