• Defined Process for planning your big day.

• Discussion of theme, color and style and assistance with wedding design.

• Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed.

• Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget.

• Suggestions and guidance in making final selections.
   

• Monthly consultations (checkpoints), 12 maximum per package, via email.

• Schedule and attend all vendor appointments and consultations/site visits.

• Review vendor contracts and act as a point of contact throughout the planning process.

• Up to 20 hours of professional consultation time throughout the planning process (in person, online, phone).
   

• Set up and manage hotel room blocks.

• Arrange wedding day transportation and schedules for guests and wedding party.

• Assist with creation of floor plan and seating chart.

• Drop off wedding welcome bags at hotels.

• Invitation assistance and RSVP service.

Golden Hour Coordination

- Service begins two months prior to wedding day -

​

• Review and assist in creation of wedding timeline and floorplan and distribute to appropriate individuals and vendors (beginning 2 months prior to wedding day)

• Visit ceremony site and reception site prior to wedding (if we have not worked there before).

• Follow-up emails to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding day.

• Assist in the development and distribution of wedding day itinerary to be given to members of the wedding party at rehearsal if desired.

• Set-up/clean-up assistance day of wedding limited to gifts/card box, personal champagne flutes and guest book items unless otherwise discussed and added to package for additional fee.

• Vendor contact/liaison on wedding weekend.

• Coordinating and assisting with the set up and clean up of the ceremony and reception.

• Wedding ceremony rehearsal coordination (3-hours).

• On-site ceremony and reception coordination (12-hours).

• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors day-of when required.

• Gift and decoration transportation.

• Breakfast and lunch coordination assistance

• Wedding rehearsal supervision (3 hours maximum).

• On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and reception site for up to 12 hours on the day of your wedding (if separate ceremony and reception location, additional fees may apply).

• Use of emergency kits on wedding day.

• Manage wedding vendors - will be available in person and by telephone during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with problems/questions.

• Loading of gifts and leftover decorations after reception to specified vehicle.

• Access to coordinator for questions/guidance within pre-determined limitations from time of booking.

• Assistant coordinators when necessary for ceremony rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

• Online client portal access.
