Volunteer Responsibilities
Most volunteers assist with guest services and attendee registration to help ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone attending the expo.
Responsibilities may include:

Who Can Volunteer?

Volunteer Shift Information
Volunteer shifts are typically scheduled around the event timeline and may include:
Setup Assistance: Help prepare registration and welcome areas before attendees arrive.
Registration Team: Welcome attendees, check guests in, and distribute event materials.
Event Support: Assist with guest questions, attendee flow, and general event operations.
Wrap-Up: Help organize materials and assist with closing tasks after the expo concludes.
Specific assignments and schedules will be shared prior to the event.

Many schools, colleges, scholarship programs, and community organizations accept volunteer hours earned at the Southern Indiana Wedding Expo.
If your school or organization requires documentation, we're happy to verify your volunteer hours and complete any required forms following the event.

Yes. Upon request, we'll gladly provide documentation verifying your completed volunteer hours for school, scholarships, or community service programs.
